💡 Changed Your Mind? No Worries.

You have 7 days from the date you receive your item to request a return. To qualify for a return:

  • The item must be unused and in its original packaging.

  • It should be in the same condition as when you received it.

  • Don’t forget your proof of purchase (like your order confirmation email).


🚫 What Can’t Be Returned?

Some items just can’t make a comeback, including:

  • Personal care or hygiene products

  • Customized or personalized items

  • Perishable goods (like food or flowers)

  • Sale/clearance items unless defective


💸 Refunds That Respect Your Time

Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll let you know if it’s approved. If it is:

  • Refunds will be processed to your original payment method

  • You’ll see the refund in your account within 7–14 business days

  • Heads up: Shipping fees are not refundable unless the return is due to our mistake
